Who we are.

Kendra’s interest in helping others began early in life and led her to earning a Psychology degree from Northeastern University. Post-grad, she began her career in recruiting at a boutique staffing firm in downtown Boston, learning the ropes from some of the best in the industry. Kendra has partnered with clients spanning industries from construction to financial services to non-profits, and has successfully placed professionals from entry to executive level.

Wallin Search Group developed from Kendra’s passion for recruiting, really listening to the challenges faced by business owners and finding solutions, combined with years of experience both as the outsourced staffing professional and as in-house HR for local businesses.

After successfully establishing Wallin Search Group on Cape Cod where she grew up, Kendra continues to provide professional recruitment support to businesses and organizations of all sizes. Outside of work, Kendra and her family enjoy spending time on the water or the sports fields!
